We kindly request smart casual attire. Please refrain from wearing room slippers, room wear, or other casual items such as beach sandals. Additionally, at the 20th-floor speciality restaurant Pierre (French cuisine), smart casual attire with a recommended jacket for men is preferred. (Please refrain from visiting in shorts, beach sandals, etc.)

A – We do not provide a hotel shuttle service, but there is a paid limousine bus service available from major airports (Kansai and Itami) to Shin-Hankyu Hotel.

We provide an original map filled with the concierge’s knowledge, including recommendations for unique Osaka spots, daily itineraries, and access information.

The parking fee is JPY 4,200 per vehicle per overnight stay (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.).

A – Yes, there is an accommodation tax in Osaka Prefecture as per the “Osaka Prefecture Accommodation Tax Ordinance.”

It is separate from the room rate and is charged based on the per-person, per-room rate (including room charge and service charge).

JPY 100 per person per stay if the rate is between JPY 7,000 and less than 15,000.

JPY 200 per person per stay if it’s between JPY 15,000 and less than 20,000.

JPY 300 per person per stay if it’s JPY 20,000 or more.

There is no tax for room rates less than JPY 7,000 per person per room.

A – We are unable to transfer the NOKA Roast & Grill breakfast to room service or change it to a different venue.

A – Tank tops, bathrobes, shorts, yukata, slippers, beach sandals, and similar attire are not permitted for use in the lounge.
