Bringing together two maisons from the same Leflaive family — the celebrated Olivier Leflaive from Burgundy and the forward-thinking Valentin Leflaive from Champagne — we are pleased to host a special Winemakers’ Dinner.
Valentin Leflaive will join us in person, sharing the philosophy and passion behind his approach to Champagne-making, rooted in the traditions of Olivier Leflaive yet forging its own distinct style.
Paired with a specially crafted menu by Michelin-starred French restaurant Pierre, this evening offers a chance to explore the elegance and depth that define the Leflaive family’s wines.
Born in Troyes, Champagne, he developed a love for wine from an early age through his grandfather’s Champagne estate.
In 2020, he joined a Champagne maison as Chef de Cave, where he refined his approach to minimal-intervention winemaking and zero-dosage blending. Drawn to the concept of “Lieux Dits”, he later joined Valentin Leflaive as Cellar Master.
During his visit to Japan, he will share his thoughts and philosophy on Champagne-making in person.

- Amendments and cancellations are accepted up to 4 days prior to your reservation. A cancellation fee of 50% of the meal cost applies from 3 days prior, and 100% from 2 days prior.
- Children the age of 12 years and under are not allowed in Pierre.
- The dress code is smart casual, and a dinner jacket is recommended(Please refrain from using shorts and slippers).
- For groups of 6 or more and Private room use, a 50% cancellation fee prior to 3 days and 100% prior to 2 days of the booking.
