*Children the age of 12 years old and under are not allowed in the Lounge after 5:30 p.m.
*As the dress code is an important tradition at the Club InterContinental, we appreciate that our guests are dressed in “Smart Casual” attire at all times and avoid dressing in bathrobes, yukata, flip flops and slippers.

Terms & conditions

• Free cancellation by 6 PM (JST) on the day prior to your arrival date. In case of later cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the accommodation fee for the first night. 
• Minimum booking requires 2 consecutive nights.
• Must book 7 days in advance.
• Up to one child under the age of 12 may stay free of charge with the existing bed.
• Rooms are not subject to floor or view selection. 
• IHG® ONE Rewards award points (points or airline miles) and member benefits are not eligible. 
• Accommodation tax will be added to your invoice at the time of checkout. 
• ANA value vouchers and free weekend night vouchers cannot be used.
• IHG One Rewards/Ambassador/Royal Ambassador member upgrade benefits are not applicable.
• If you arrive after 6 pm, your reservation may be cancelled, so please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. (If you contact us with your credit card information in advance, we will reserve your room for you.)
• We will take a deposit by credit card or cash upon arrival.
