This rich chocolate mousse, crafted with two carefully selected cacao varieties from Valrhona in France—Manjari and Jivara Lactée—encloses a layer of fragrant caramel brûlée. Coated with a glossy chocolate glaze, this dessert is as elegant and luxurious in appearance as it is in taste.
