Q – Is there a hotel shuttle bus from the airport?

Whilst we do not provide a hotel shuttle bus service, convenient limousine bus services are available from the major airports (Kansai International Airport and Osaka International Airport).
From Kansai International Airport, limousine buses operate to “Hankyu Sanbangai Bus Stop” or “Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA”. From Osaka International Airport (Itami), services run to “Osaka Marubiru”.

Q – How can I access major tourist attractions (USJ, Osaka Castle, Kyoto, etc.)?

A – Convenient transportation options for accessing attractions in the Kansai region include JR lines, the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, Hankyu Railway, and Hanshin Electric Railway. We provide an original map filled with the concierge’s knowledge, including recommendations for unique Osaka spots, daily itineraries, and access information.

Q – Is a parking reservation required?

A – Parking is not reservation-based.

Q – Please provide the size and cost of vehicles entering the parking area.

A – Vehicles with a height of up to 2.1 meters can be accommodated.

The parking fee is JPY 6,000 per vehicle per overnight stay (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m.).

If you use the valet parking service, an additional JPY 2,000 will be charged.
