In partnership with the exhibition “sakamotocommon OSAKA 1970/2025/Osaka/Ryuichi Sakamoto” at VS. (at GRAND GREEN OSAKA), we are delighted to present a curated selection of limited-time menus and special displays.
During this period, Patisserie STRESSED will exhibit rare photographs from the book A DAY WITH RYUICHI SAKAMOTO by photographer Kazunari Tajima, capturing an intimate day spent with the musician Ryuichi Sakamoto. Selected prints will also be available for purchase.
Furthermore, at adee Lounge & Bar, guests may enjoy the original cocktail “Energy Flow”, while Patisserie STRESSED offers the exclusive cake “Dancing in the Sky”, both available for a limited time only. Throughout the hotel, Ryuichi Sakamoto’s music will be played, allowing guests to immerse themselves in his musical world across multiple spaces.

An original cocktail inspired by Ryuichi Sakamoto’s renowned composition Energy Flow. This carefully crafted drink offers a subtle yet invigorating experience, blending the herbal complexity of Chartreuse Jaune with soothing chamomile water and the floral brightness of elderflower tonic. The combination aims to evoke the gentle energy and fluidity characteristic of the piece.
An original roll cake featuring sweet red bean paste, a flavour cherished by Sakamoto, combined with ingredients celebrated for their healthful qualities. Inspired by the ethereal melody of Dancing in the Sky, this cake incorporates roasted hojicha tea and black soybeans to create a delicate harmony of sweetness and wellbeing.
