At NOKA Roast & Grill, we celebrate the arrival of spring with dishes crafted from the finest seasonal ingredients Japan has to offer. Each plate reflects our own interpretation of a Japanese spring, thoughtfully expressed in the NOKA style.

To start, enjoy dishes such as Sea Bream Carpaccio with Butterbur Shoot Sauce, or a Bamboo Shoot and Prawn Salad with Mango Sauce. For the main course, choose one dish from our selection, including Sakura Trout en Papillote and Grilled Spanish Mackerel. A Grilled Miyazaki Wagyu Sirloin is also available at an additional charge. To finish, indulge in seasonal sweets such as our Cherry Blossom Chiffon Cake.
