A summer-exclusive afternoon tea has arrived, themed around the dazzling tropical summer of Okinawa, showcasing the purple yam, Yukishio salt from Okinawa and also the fresh peach and mangos. Each bite reveals the gentle sweetness of the peach and the rich depth of the mangoes, a flavour that is only possible at this time of year.
