InterContinental Osaka is pleased to announce the launch of a same-day delivery service, offered exclusively to hotels located within the three central Tokyo wards of Minato, Chiyoda and Chūō.
The details of the service are as follows.

Luggage collection deadline: By 09:30 a.m. on the day
Estimated delivery time to Tokyo hotels: Approximately 7:30 p.m.
Acceptable luggage size: Up to Size 200, maximum 60 kg
Fee: JPY 12,000 per item (charged to the guest room)
■ Important Information
• Delivery destinations are limited to Minato, Chiyoda and Chūō wards. For deliveries to other wards, please contact the Concierge Team, as availability and pricing may vary.
• Please note that the collection deadline for same-day dispatch is 09:30 a.m.
