- Guests who reserve this package may enjoy access to the 4th floor swimming pool and Japanese style bath for one hour prior to their treatment.
- Guests are kindly requested to bring their own swimwear when using the pool, as swimwear rental is not included in this package.
- Access to the swimming pool and Japanese style bath is limited to the guest who has reserved this spa treatment plan.
- Please kindly notify us for cancellations or changes by 7:30 pm the day before your reservation. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
- Please kindly notify us of any cancellations or changes by 7:30 p.m. on the day prior to your reservation. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
