先週東京にて、レ・クレドール・ジャパンと日本コンシェルジュ協会が共催するセミナーが行われました。
A seminar hosted by Les Clefs d’Or Japan and Japan Concierge Association was held in Tokyo last week.
レ・クレドールの世界大会でも壇上にたったMs.Stephanie M. Piimaunaをアメリカからお迎えし、G20、ラグビーワールドカップ、オリンピックと益々忙しくなる観光業会において、いかに自分自身の健やかでバランスの取れた生活と精神を保ち、より質の高いおもてなしを提供することができるかというテーマの参加型のセミナーで学んできました。

Piimauna from the US, who was also on stage for Les Clefs d’Or international congress, we have learned how we can maintain the healthy and well-balanced life and spirit to offer even higher hospitality when we are expecting extremely busy time for service industry for G20, Rugby World Cup and Olympics.
