Since its world premiere at The Shed in New York in 2023, the work has been performed across the globe \u2014 including London, Manchester, Taipei, Singapore, Melbourne, Italy and Hong Kong \u2014 to great acclaim. <\/p>\n<p>In the experience, audience members wear a transparent headset and encounter a three-dimensional recreation of Ryuichi Sakamoto, brought to life through unique volumetric imaging technology. The Guardian described the work as \u201ca magical experience.\u201d For this Japanese run, a specially expanded version \u2014 KAGAMI+ \u2014 has been created exclusively for this presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRyuichi Sakamoto &amp; Tin Drum | KAGAMI+\u201d marks the first performance in Japan of this specially expanded version of KAGAMI, featuring new direction and exhibits tailored to the VS. space. Together with several works including &#8220;TIME, TIME&#8221;, the exhibition is conceived as an immersive environment in which visitors can experience Sakamoto\u2019s sound and sense of time in three dimensions.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are available in two types \u2014 RED and BLUE. The RED ticket, included in this stay package, grants access to the full version of \u201cKAGAMI (MR content)\u201d (approx. 60 minutes), along with an exclusive 7-inch vinyl record featuring a recording of the KAGAMI performance, offered as a gift to attendees.
