A restaurant bar opened in Marunouchi by SG Group, an internationally acclaimed group whose accolades include The World’s 50 Best Bars, amongst many other prestigious awards.
In 1865, during the final years of Japan’s policy of national isolation, a group of students from the Satsuma domain travelled to Britain. Imagining what might have happened had they returned to Japan and opened a “Tavern,” this bar offers cocktails that weave together Japanese and Western spirits, alongside a carefully curated selection of shochu chosen by our bartenders, all paired with food rooted in Japanese cuisine. Experience “Bar × Japanese Cuisine,” a new genre in which food and cocktails elevate one another.
